U.S. Polo Assn. Expands Footprint in the UK with New Store Opening at East Midlands Designer Outlet

U.S. Polo Assn., the official brand of the United States Polo Association (USPA) known for its sport-inspired fashion, is broadening its presence in the UK market with the launch of a new store at the East Midlands Designer Outlet. This expansion, facilitated in partnership with Brand Machine Group, the brand’s UK licensee, showcases the brand’s commitment to extending its global reach and enhancing its retail strategy within the UK.

Following the successful opening of its boutique at McArthurGlen Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet in April 2022, the brand has now inaugurated its second store, spanning 2,000 square feet, at the East Midlands shopping destination. This strategic move underscores U.S. Polo Assn.’s ambition to cement its footprint in the UK’s competitive retail landscape.

J. Michael Prince, President and CEO of USPA Global Licensing, which oversees the global management and marketing of the U.S. Polo Assn. brand in over 190 countries, expressed enthusiasm about the brand’s ongoing expansion in the UK. He highlighted the positive reception from UK consumers towards the brand’s brick-and-mortar and online offerings, attributing this success to U.S. Polo Assn.’s authentic ties to the sport of polo and its commitment to delivering a dynamic and immersive shopping experience.

The East Midlands Designer Outlet store will feature the latest collections from U.S. Polo Assn., catering to men, women, and children. This new addition to the brand’s UK portfolio signifies U.S. Polo Assn.’s dedication to providing quality and stylish sportswear to a broader audience, reinforcing its position as a leading sport-inspired fashion brand in the international market.
