Ranvir Singh Opens Up About Bizarre Dream on GMB and Says We Have All Been There
0During Thursday’s episode of Good Morning Britain, Ranvir Singh shared an amusing and slightly awkward moment with her co-hosts when the topic of dreams led to a lively discussion about infidelity nightmares, according to the Express. The exchange began when Ed Balls teased Ranvir about her rough morning, prompting her to admit she’d been up since the early hours.
“Don’t, I can’t, yes. I’ve been up since 1:47am. Let’s not go there, I had a bad dream,” she responded. As the show continued, the topic resurfaced, with Sean Fletcher discussing a downward trend in dating app usage. This prompted a light-hearted chat among the presenters about relationships and how they met their significant others.
Ed, unable to resist probing further, asked Ranvir if she was ready to share more about her dream. Laughing but slightly exasperated, Ranvir confessed, “I’ve been up since 1:47am! Listen, we’ve all been there where you have that dream of a kind of infidelity, which isn’t real, obviously”, reported by the Mirror.
When asked if the dream involved her, Ranvir clarified: “The other way around! I woke up grumpy at 1:47, and clearly, nothing has happened. But, we’ve all had that moment, haven’t we? Am I alone?” Sean admitted his wife had experienced similar dreams, waking up upset with him over imagined scenarios.
Ed chimed in, agreeing: “I have had those dreams before, and I wake up, and I’m really annoyed! I say, ‘How can you do that?’ and she says, ‘I didn’t do it, it was in your dream.’” The relatable conversation drew laughs, with Ranvir admitting the dream had left her flustered throughout their morning meetings.
Later in the show, the topic came up again as they interviewed Line of Duty star Vicky McClure and her husband, Jonny Owen. Ed couldn’t resist asking if they’d ever experienced similar dream-induced frustrations. Vicky confessed, “Absolutely! Then I’ll be awake, and in my head, that’s happened, now I’m cross with you in real life!”
Ranvir, growing tired of the topic, finally interjected: “Now listen, can we talk about something else?!”
The conversation shifted to a potential Line of Duty comeback, with Vicky teasing, “We all love the show, and we love how much people love it. But until Jed and we all say something is happening, nothing is happening.” While Ranvir’s dream sparked plenty of laughs, it also showcased how relatable such experiences can be.
