Prince Harry’s ‘sad’ reality after William and Charles took center stage

Prince Harry has remained in his Montecito home in California during key family events in London, including a remembrance service and King Charles’ 75th birthday.

The Duke of Sussex’s absence from these events has been a topic of discussion, especially given his departure from royal duties with Meghan Markle in 2020. Royal biographer Angela Levin commented on the situation to GB News, suggesting that Harry is likely feeling hurt by his absence, particularly from the remembrance service, which honors those who lost their lives in service.

Levin also mentioned that Prince Harry is awaiting an apology from his father and brother before making a return visit while suggesting that Meghan Markle should apologize to King Charles.

Despite this, she noted that King Charles had an open-door policy for Harry. Harry’s connection to the military, where he felt most at home, adds to the significance of his absence from the remembrance service, a sentiment echoed by Levin.

In addition to missing the remembrance service, Harry also did not attend his father’s 75th birthday. While there were rumors of a snub, a spokesperson for Harry and Meghan denied any invitation was extended. However, Harry reportedly did contact his father on his birthday, contrasting with public birthday wishes from Prince William and Kate Middleton on Instagram.

The situation surrounding Prince Harry and his relationship with his family continues to draw attention and commentary, reflecting on the complexities of his decision to step back from royal duties and its ongoing impact.
