King Charles ‘incredibly sad’ after Prince Harry’s latest statement over security fears, said royal expert Joe Little

King Charles was reportedly left “incredibly sad” after Prince Harry voiced his fears about bringing Meghan Markle to the UK due to security concerns. In the ITV documentary “Tabloids on Trial,” the Duke of Sussex opened up about his struggles with the British press and claimed that it would be “dangerous” to bring his wife back to the UK.

While he did not explicitly mention their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, the implication was clear: if Meghan is unsafe in the UK, their children likely are too. Following the interview, royal experts noted that King Charles’ worries have deepened, as he has become increasingly distant from his grandchildren. This situation is described as “incredibly sad.”

“It would be great to think that at some point soon the King would get to visit the grandchildren that he has seen very little of, but he is 75 and still not in the best of health,” said royal expert Joe Little. “A visit to America is unlikely to be a high priority now, given the other demands on his time,” Little added, according to The Express. “It’s an incredibly sad situation that few would have predicted even five years ago.”

Another royal author, Margaret Holder, added, “If the children can’t come here and the King can’t go there, you are looking at a situation where you’ve got a grandfather, who is undergoing cancer treatment, becoming more and more remote.” “The whole thing is a mess. King Charles is forced to be a distant grandfather that the grandchildren never see,” Holder said.

The ongoing tension and security concerns have created a challenging and painful situation for the royal family, highlighting the deep rifts and the difficulties of bridging the geographical and emotional distances between family members.

Despite these challenges, there is still hope among some royal watchers that reconciliation is possible. Many believe that open communication and mutual understanding could pave the way for healing within the family.

King Charles, who has publicly expressed his love and concern for all his grandchildren, faces the heart-wrenching reality of being separated from them during a time when family bonds are more crucial than ever. The situation underscores the complex dynamics at play within the royal family and the personal toll of their public roles and responsibilities.

As the royal family continues to navigate these difficult circumstances, the hope remains that they will find a way to come together and reconnect, for the sake of the next generation and the enduring legacy of the monarchy.
