Oti Mabuse Leaves Fans in Stitches After Forgetting Her Wedding Location on I’m A Celebrity

Oti Mabuse sparked a wave of laughter and reactions during Sunday night’s episode of ITV’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! when she shared a surprising moment about her marriage, according to OK! Magazine. The celebrities were tasked with identifying hidden words from their loved ones, which were mouthed by fellow campmates, to win letters from home.

Oti found herself puzzled when asked to identify the phrase “aero island.” She admitted to her fellow campmates that she had no idea what the term referred to. Moments later, the realization hit her, and she exclaimed, “It was where we got married!” The unexpected confession left viewers and her campmates in fits of laughter, reported by the Mirror.

Fans of the show took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to share their amusement. One fan wrote, “Oti forgetting where she got married is so funny #imaceleb.” Another added, “Looks like the jungle’s messing with her memory! #imaceleb.” A third chimed in, “Oti forgetting where she got married, glad they all got their letters #imaceleb,” accompanied by laughing emojis. Others declared it as “typical Oti at her finest” and applauded her relatable and humorous reaction.

Later, Coleen Rooney read Oti’s heartfelt letter from her husband, Marius. The letter reassured her about their baby and praised her kindness and positivity in the jungle. “Even if I didn’t think it was possible, I realised that I love you even more now, because of the woman and extraordinary mother you’re becoming,” Marius wrote, adding a humorous note about balancing out her eating cockroaches with enjoying good food.

Oti has been open about the emotional toll of being on the show. She admitted missing her usual support systems, saying, “You don’t have your spiritual support, you don’t have your emotional support… none of my family’s around.” Her campmates rallied around her, with Tulisa reminding her, “Your jungle family’s here, though.”

Meanwhile, Marius, who arrived in Australia with Oti’s mum, Dudu, expressed excitement about reuniting with Oti and shared his experience caring for their baby. “She is the best baby ever,” he said, adding that he had enjoyed the experience but was eager to see his wife again.

Oti’s blend of vulnerability, humor, and resilience continues to endear her to fans, making her journey in the jungle a highlight of this season.
