13-Year-Old Girl Kills Her Two Sisters—The Chilling Six-Word Text She Sent Her Mother Will Haunt You

A 13-year-old girl in Russia is under investigation for allegedly murdering her two half-sisters and sending a chilling text message confessing to the crime. The teenager reportedly told her mother that she had killed the children and left their bodies on the balcony of their apartment in Togliatti city.

According to local reports, the girl’s mother and stepfather were at the police station when the tragic incident occurred, following a dispute over the stepfather’s alleged infidelity. While they were away, the girl, who was meant to be babysitting her siblings, is alleged to have stabbed her half-sisters, aged two and five, to death. The children were found with bite marks on their bodies, adding further horror to the crime.

After the alleged attack, the teenager reportedly went for a walk in a nearby park. The gruesome discovery was made by the girls’ 10-year-old sister when she returned home.

Reports indicate that the girl’s own father is currently mobilized in the Russian war against Ukraine. When her mother, Irina, asked what had happened to her two youngest children, the 13-year-old texted back: “Ah-ah-ah. It was me!” In Russia, children under the age of 14 cannot be charged with a crime, meaning the girl is below the age of criminal responsibility.

The Telegram channel Shot reported, “Two little sisters were killed while their parents were sorting out their relationship at the police station in Togliatti.” The report added that Irina had previously filed a complaint against her partner for breaking into their home and assaulting her. However, she later forgave him after he left a romantic message on the road outside their home and allowed him back into the apartment.

Eyewitnesses described the horrifying scene after the stepfather, Yuri, discovered the bodies of the two girls. “After the father saw his daughters dead in the apartment, he ran out of the entrance in horror and could not come to his senses for a long time. Yuri was shaking all over and screaming loudly,” according to Shot.

Irina, who has five children aged two, five, ten, 13, and 18, is now being questioned by police along with her partner and the teenage girl. The girl’s classmates described her as “non-confrontational, calm, very modest and quiet.” This tragic incident is not an isolated case in Russia. Last year, a court sentenced a grandmother, Lidia Shiryaeva, to 19 years in prison for poisoning her disabled daughter and three grandchildren.

Shiryaeva confessed to adding poison to their food, citing the burden of caring for them as her motive. She admitted, “While everyone was distracted, I went outside and brought in a packet of poison. I knew that there was poison in my husband’s car glove compartment. I added it to the soup, stirred it, and then fed the grandchildren and my daughter with that soup.” These events highlight the troubling cases of family violence reported in recent years in Russia, sparking concerns over the well-being of vulnerable family members.
