Meghan Markle told to Quit Fake ‘Outfit Changes’ in Scathing Rant, Says Expert

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have come under fire following their recent tour of Colombia, with critics questioning the authenticity of their efforts and accusing them of “faking” their regal status. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who brought their royal charm to the South American region, have been accused of trying to recreate the grandeur of official royal tours, despite stepping back from their duties within the British monarchy.

In a scathing rant, Meghan Markle was told to quit the fake ‘outfit changes,’ further fueling the criticism of their carefully staged appearances. Royal author Robert Jobson didn’t mince words when speaking to The Sun about the couple’s recent trip. “It wasn’t just fast and loose with the truth, a lot of it was complete baloney,” Jobson said, criticizing the couple’s approach. He went on to describe their Colombia visit as an attempt to mimic the structure of a traditional royal tour, complete with elements of political engagement and charity work.

“They tried to give it an impression of a quasi-royal tour, they had elements of politics and elements of caring for young kids,” Jobson explained. “At the end of the day, what I don’t understand is, if Meghan and Harry wanted to do ‘quasi-royal tours,’ why not stick around and do it properly?” The expert questioned why the couple didn’t continue their royal duties when they could have made a genuine impact on behalf of the King and the country.

Jobson suggested that instead of attempting to stage grand, elaborate tours, Meghan and Harry should focus on more authentic and simple endeavors. “Just do things that are authentic, and just do things that are real rather than staged with loads of outfit changes,” he advised, implying that the couple’s efforts often come across as more performative than sincere.

The criticism of Meghan and Harry’s Colombia tour highlights the ongoing debate over the couple’s post-royal life and the credibility of their public endeavors. As they continue to navigate their new roles outside the British monarchy, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex face the challenge of balancing their desire to maintain a public profile with the expectations of authenticity and sincerity from both the public and royal watchers alike.
