Tapestry Inc. Expands Board with High-Profile Appointments from Sysco and Bristol Myers Squibb

Tapestry, Inc., the conglomerate behind luxury brands such as Coach, Kate Spade, and Stuart Weitzman, has enhanced its board of directors with the addition of two distinguished executives, Kevin Hourican, the president and CEO of Sysco Corporation, and David Elkins, the executive vice president and CFO of Bristol Myers Squibb. These appointments, as announced by Tapestry, increase the board’s total membership to eleven, with ten serving as independent directors.

Joanne Crevoiserat, CEO of Tapestry, expressed enthusiasm for the new additions, highlighting their proven track records in fostering global growth and transformation.
