Stormzy superfan Vogue Williams gutted as rapper ‘ignores her’ for husband Spencer
Vogue Williams has blasted Stormzy as ‘rude’ for ignoring her when she and husband Spencer Matthews ran into him on the street outside a restaurant. The rapper must be a Made In Chelsea fan as he immediately ‘high fived’ the TV star but apparently didn’t say a peep to Vogue, which made her ‘sick to her stomach’.
Fuming, the Irish model insisted she is ‘finished’ with Stormzy, real name Michael Owuo Jr, and felt the very least he could have done is say hello. To rub salt into the wound, the mum-of-two is actually a huge fan of the musician and even plays his albums when she’s in the shower.
Spencer recalled the devastating (for Vogue) moment on the latest episode of their podcast admitting that he didn’t bother to introduce his own wife to the man because he was too excited. Revealing what his ‘peak of the week’ was, Spencer said: ‘Stormzy recognising me and not you, that was an absolute winner for me.
‘We were walking down the street, and I saw Stormzy sat outside this amazing restaurant that couldn’t give us a table. I walked past him, clock eyes, and he’s like, “What’s up man, how are you doing?” gives me a big high five in front of all his crew. Absolutely ignores Vogue. See ya later! ‘Vogue’s like his biggest fan. I didn’t even bother introducing you because I was so delighted.
’ He went on: ‘Vogue talks about him morning, noon and night, plays him when she’s in the shower. He’s constantly on in this house. He’s like, “What’s up Spence how are you doing?” Are you going to say hi to Vogue? No, not at all.’ His other half said: ‘What I will say about that, I used to love Stormzy. I was the one who bought his albums and everything.
‘Regardless of if he didn’t know me or not, you’re meant to say hi to people. I would never just say hi to someone’s husband and just ignore them. Spenny it was rude. I’m just saying it here, I am finished with Stormzy.

However the couple eventually realized that Stormzy wasn’t to blame, but the Made In Chelsea star who could have done the decent thing and introduced his own wife. Changing her mind, Vogue added: ‘Stormzy wasn’t the rude one. Spenny was the rude one. You didn’t introduce me. You’re a piece of s**t.’ She joked that she was going to ‘slide into Stormzy’s DMs and see how I get on’, however, her husband revealed he is still in touch with the Big For Your Boots rapper, so she might have some competition.
