Penny Lancaster Claps Back and Says ‘Move On’ as She Shuts Down Loose Women Co-Star!

Penny Lancaster found herself in an uncomfortable moment during Tuesday’s episode of Loose Women as the panel discussed Meghan Markle’s new Netflix series. The eight-part show, which showcases the Duchess of Sussex sharing cooking, gardening, and hosting tips from a stunning Californian home, became a hot topic of discussion on the ITV daytime program.

Host Christine Lampard introduced the segment by acknowledging the ongoing fascination with Meghan Markle. “I think there’s always going to be a huge interest in her, and a lot of people will be watching and enjoying it,” Christine said. Turning to her co-star Penny Lancaster, Christine then made a lighthearted remark, suggesting she would be the perfect hostess.

“See, I can imagine you being the perfect hostess. I can imagine you teaching Meghan a few things,” Christine said with a smile. Rather than embracing the compliment, Penny appeared visibly awkward, chuckling before responding, according to the Mirror.

“Well, maybe we should just kind of draw the line at this point in the conversation. I think we’ve got to move on to the next subject,” she said. Her reaction did not go unnoticed by Christine, who refused to let the moment pass so easily.

“No! Penny, I’m not moving on until you tell me what you do. I can imagine your house just smelling gorgeous,” she insisted, pressing for an answer. The exchange left viewers intrigued, with some taking to social media to question Penny’s reluctance to engage in the conversation about Meghan’s show.

Lancaster, who is married to rock star Rod Stewart, has previously spoken about her passion for home life, but her hesitant reaction sparked speculation about whether she was avoiding commenting on Meghan Markle or simply uncomfortable with the conversation.

The Loose Women panel is known for its candid discussions on high-profile figures, and Markle remains one of the most talked-about celebrities worldwide. Her Netflix series has already divided public opinion, with some praising her efforts while others remain skeptical about her intentions.

While Penny Lancaster may have tried to steer away from the topic, the brief but telling exchange only fueled curiosity among fans about her thoughts on the Duchess and her latest project.
