Expert Claims Meghan Markle’s High Standards and Unyielding Demands Mirror Past Criticisms of the Royal Couple

Meghan Markle’s reputation as “Duchess Difficult” has resurfaced with new revelations, according to a recent report that sheds light on her and Prince Harry’s alleged behavior towards their staff in the UK.

Former royal correspondent Valentine Low, speaking to Newsweek, commented on the fresh claims, noting, “It does have some glaring and fascinating echoes of everything I wrote, and that others have written before, about Meghan.”

He added, “She clearly has certain standards, but the demands she makes of people may not always reflect what’s possible—she may demand too much. I don’t think Harry and Meghan are in the business of either listening to anyone else or changing.”

The allegations date back to 2021 when Meghan was first accused of bullying her employees while still part of the royal family. At the time, these accusations sparked controversy, painting a negative picture of the Duchess’s working relationship with palace staff.

Meghan’s spokesperson responded to the claims, calling them part of a deliberate attempt to tarnish her reputation. “Let’s just call this what it is—a calculated smear campaign based on misleading and harmful misinformation,” the spokesperson said.

The ongoing narrative surrounding Meghan’s reputation and treatment of staff continues to raise questions, with many insiders speculating about the nature of her and Prince Harry’s interactions behind closed doors. As more details emerge, this report adds another layer to the complex image of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
