Meghan Markle and Prince Harry relive early romance days during Texas date night

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry recently enjoyed a vibrant evening out in Texas, radiating joy and high spirits in anticipation of Meghan’s panel discussion at the SXSW Conference. The pair chose Soho House Austin as their dining destination on Thursday night, where eyewitnesses described them as being visibly “happy” and thoroughly enjoying each other’s company.

The visit to Austin was particularly significant as Meghan was slated to be a part of the Opening Day Keynote Panel on International Women’s Day, marking a notable appearance at the conference. Observers at the restaurant noted Prince Harry’s lively engagement over dinner, contributing to the couple’s relaxed and cheerful ambiance in the bustling setting.

“She was wearing a black sweater, jeans, heels. I knew nothing about clothes, but I knew she was chic. Then again, she could make anything look chic,” the duke effused.

“I’d seen so many photos of her from fashion shoots and TV sets, all glam and glossy, but here she was, in the flesh, no frills, no filter… and even more beautiful. A heart attack is beautiful. I was trying to process this, struggling to understand what was happening to my circulatory and nervous systems, and as a result, my brain couldn’t handle any more data. Conversation, pleasantries, the Queen’s English, all became a challenge.”

The onlooker told People: This dinner at Soho House holds sentimental value for Meghan and Harry, echoing back to the early days of their relationship. Their romance began with a blind date at Soho House in London in 2016, a moment that has clearly left a lasting impression on both. Prince Harry, in his memoir “Spare,” fondly recounts their initial meeting, portraying a scene filled with anticipation and excitement as he hurried to meet Meghan, who awaited him in a cozy setting within the restaurant.

The couple’s recent outing in Austin not only serves as a reminder of their strong bond but also highlights their continued commitment to participating in meaningful discussions and engagements, such as the SXSW Conference panel on International Women’s Day. As they navigate their public and private lives, moments like these offer a glimpse into the personal joys and connections that sustain them.
