Lorraine Kelly Makes Festive Comeback with Adorable Granddaughter Billie on ITV

TV favorite Lorraine Kelly is making a highly anticipated return to her ITV show for a festive Christmas Day special. The beloved 65-year-old presenter will bring extra joy to her viewers by featuring her four-month-old granddaughter, Billie, and her pet dachshund, Ruby.

The holiday edition of Lorraine will air at 9 am on Christmas Day on ITV1 and promises a star-studded lineup. Viewers can look forward to appearances from Coronation Street’s Jane Danson, internet sensation KSI, and a pre-taped chat with the glamorous Katy Perry, according to the Daily Record.

Staying true to the show’s familiar format, Lorraine will also welcome experts Dr. Hilary, Dr Amir, and Mark Heyes, adding even more festive charm with entertainment reporter Ross King. But that’s not all—Lorraine will treat viewers to a special Christmas song with Scottish crooner Marti Pellow and the Change + Check Choir, ensuring the holiday edition is full of cheer.

In September, Lorraine shared her joy with her fans when she announced the arrival of her first grandchild, Billie, born to her daughter Rosie. She couldn’t contain her excitement, taking to Instagram to share the news: “I have been BURSTING to share this wonderful news with you! Baby Billie is an angel and I’m so proud of @rosiekellysmith and @stevewhite94 who will be the best parents. I’m delighted to be Granny Smith and can’t wait to go on adventures. #love #joy #happiness #family,” she wrote, reported by the Mirror.

Rosie also shared her joy on social media: “Baby Billie Kelly Smith-White is here 29-08-2024. It feels like she’s been here the whole time and we’re not quite sure what the point of anything was before. I’d heard how amazing midwives are but they are genuinely walking angels—she’s been welcomed into the world with so much love already.”

During the festive special, Lorraine will not only dot on Billie but also chat with KSI about his recent stint as a judge on Britain’s Got Talent. When Lorraine asks if he was “sort of verging on more Simon Cowell-esque,” KSI candidly admits, “Yes… I guess I was maybe a bit too harsh at some points but I meant well.”

With the promise of heartwarming moments and festive fun, Lorraine Kelly’s Christmas special is set to be a highlight of the holiday season.
