Loose Women’s Linda Robson Shares ‘Stressful’ Update on House Move After Divorce and Struggles

Loose Women star Linda Robson has made a candid admission as she prepares for life after her heart-breaking divorce. The 66-year-old announced her split from husband Mark Dunford last year, ending their 33-year marriage. At the time, Linda stated, “Enough is enough,” explaining that the couple had “simply grown apart” over the years.

The split has prompted Linda to seek a new living arrangement, aiming to move closer to her two children, Louis (32) and Bobbie (28). When asked if she had moved yet, Linda told Woman: “No, I’m still looking. Hopefully, I will find somewhere.” She acknowledged the stress of the situation, adding, “It certainly will be a new chapter when I do move.” Linda previously admitted that she and Mark “never had that much in common” but chose to stay together for the sake of their children, reported Daily Express.

The divorce follows a particularly challenging few years for Linda, marked by a breakdown and struggles with drinking and OCD, which led to her being placed on suicide watch. In an interview with OK! magazine, she reflected on that difficult period: “I gave my family the worst time. I still find it hard to forgive myself for that. I’d always been the strong one. Suddenly, they all had to look after me.

“I felt so bad for what I’d done to everyone who loved me. My family would come and visit me on Sundays instead of us all at home having a roast together. It was the worst time of my life, ever.”

Now, Linda has managed to regain her footing and her career has reached new heights. As a panelist on ITV’s popular daytime show Loose Women, she has found joy and fulfillment in her work. “I love being on the panel, it’s like working with your mates every day,” she said.

Despite her renewed professional success, Linda has also faced opportunities in her personal life. She revealed that producers from Celebs Go Dating had contacted her, but her children urged her not to participate. She shared with Woman that while she “wouldn’t be looking for a date,” she is interested in meeting new people.

As Linda navigates this new chapter of her life, she remains optimistic about the future and the potential for new experiences. Her candidness about her struggles and her resilience in overcoming them continue to inspire her fans and viewers.
