Kate Middleton Unveils Prince Louis’ Cute Favorite Song in Delightful Palace Moment

Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge, delighted attendees at an event in Buckingham Palace as she shared a charming tidbit about her youngest son, Prince Louis. Engaging with two school choirs performing at the event, organized for her patronage Place2Be, Middleton discovered that two of the children were celebrating their birthdays. With a touch of humor, Middleton remarked that she should be the one serenading them, before revealing that “Happy Birthday” happens to be one of Louis’ favorite songs.

This revelation came during a reception commemorating the 25th anniversary of Place2Be, a charity dedicated to youth mental health. At the time of Middleton’s disclosure, Prince Louis was just one year old. However, as he approaches his sixth birthday on April 23, 2018, it’s likely he has had ample opportunity to enjoy his preferred tune, by “The Mirror“.

While Middleton is well-versed in organizing children’s parties for her three children, the royal family’s approach to birthdays can sometimes be extravagant. Prince George, Louis’ older brother, received a lavish gift for his first birthday from his grandfather, King Charles III. Reports indicated that the monarch spent £18,000 on a playhouse installed on his estate for George’s enjoyment.

Moreover, George’s birth prompted what may be the most expensive birthday card in history. An aviation company reportedly repainted a private jet with the words “Happy Birthday Prince George,” costing a staggering £120,000. Although the jet couldn’t be flown to Kensington Palace, a photo of the jet served as the colossal birthday card, told “Oxford Mail“.

However, despite potential extravagances, Prince Louis can expect an abundance of love on his special day. Middleton has previously shared her tradition of baking her children’s birthday cakes from scratch, ensuring a personal touch to their celebrations. Speaking about her baking endeavors, Middleton revealed her dedication to staying up until midnight to craft the perfect cake, expressing her love for the tradition.

As Louis prepares to turn six, it’s evident that he will be surrounded by love and cherished moments, much like his siblings before him. Middleton’s affectionate gesture of sharing Louis’ favorite song adds a heartwarming touch to the anticipation of his upcoming birthday celebrations.
