Prince Harry Urged to Reconnect with Kate Middleton After Cancer Battle: ‘It’s Incumbent on Him to Make the First Move’

As Prince Harry navigates a strained relationship with the Royal family, he is being encouraged to reconnect with his sister-in-law, Kate Middleton, who recently announced that she has completed preventative chemotherapy and is now cancer-free. Once close, Harry and Kate’s bond frayed following his exit from royal duties, widely known as “Megxit.”

Royal commentator Kelvin MacKenzie weighed in on the situation during an interview with GB News, criticizing the ongoing feud within the Royal family and calling it “pathetic warfare.” Harry recently returned to the UK to attend the WellChild Awards but did not publicly interact with his family, further fueling speculation about the distance between them.

MacKenzie suggested that Harry should be the one to initiate healing, especially considering recent health challenges faced by both King Charles and Kate. “This is a long, drawn-out kind of war. All families have these issues,” MacKenzie remarked. “The thing I would most like to see is actually Harry go and see Kate. It would be good to see whether something could be done there.”

The royal commentator emphasized the importance of repairing Harry’s relationship with Kate, even if reconciliation with his brother Prince William might take longer. MacKenzie pointed out the significance of health struggles within the family, saying, “It’s unlikely to be done with the brother. I mean, the father’s got cancer. The sister-in-law has got cancer.”

In MacKenzie’s view, Harry holds the key to mending these familial ties. “It is incumbent on Harry to make the first move. Right? He’s the one who is not ill,” he stressed. “It’s pathetic to see this kind of warfare played out in public.”
