King Charles May Face New Tensions as Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s next overseas trip ‘revealed’ after Nigeria’s success

King Charles III could be bracing for another wave of disappointment regarding Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, as the couple contemplates a high-profile visit to Ghana. This potential trip follows their recently concluded and well-received tour in Nigeria, sparking discussions about their continued international presence.

According to the Mirror, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are currently in discussions to accept an invitation from Ghana. The late Queen Elizabeth II held a deep affection for the West African country, which has stirred enthusiasm among Ghana’s notable figures and influencers who are eager to host the Sussexes. An insider assured that Harry and Meghan are expected to be warmly welcomed should they decide to go ahead with the visit.

A source told the outlet: “There is already a lot of talk and excitement in Ghana, everyone is so keen for Harry and Meghan to come and experience the great culture and warmth. “Several top names have already visited Ghana in recent years from Ed Sheeran, Naomi Campbell, and One Direction’s Liam Payne. They continued: “Idris Elba, who DJ’d at Harry and Meghan’s wedding is a regular too, he is part-Ghanaian and loves spending time ‘back home.'”

This news comes amid ongoing tensions within the royal family. Reports have surfaced that both King Charles and Prince William were left “furious” over the couple’s actions during their recent international travels, which some perceived as them “cosplaying as royals.” This term suggests that their conduct mimicked royal duties, potentially blurring the lines of their formal separation from official royal roles.

The prospect of Harry and Meghan embarking on another significant tour could potentially exacerbate the existing strains between them and the rest of the Royal Family. The couple’s active and public engagement in such international visits continues to draw media attention and public interest, reflecting their enduring appeal and influence on the global stage.

As the Duke and Duchess of Sussex weigh their options regarding the Ghana visit, the royal family back in the UK may need to prepare for further discussions about the couple’s international role and how it aligns or conflicts with the monarchy’s traditional boundaries and expectations.
