Carrie Ann Inaba Just Dropped This MAJOR Bombshell About Her Health–We’re Devastated For Her

Carrie Ann Inaba is sharing a major health update with fans after taking time off from her “The Talk” co-hosting duties. The 53-year-old suffers from multiple autoimmune conditions as well as pain from old dancing injuries, which grew worse in mid-March. Inaba opted to take some time off for healing.

Luckily, she’s starting to feel better now

This March, when Inaba’s “spinal stenosis was acting up because of inflammation” and she experienced a “fibromyalgia flare,” arm numbness, and “sharp shooting pains,” she decided to take a break from her busy schedule to focus on healing.

“On a growth break. Be back soon. Healing in motion,” she shared on her Instagram stories, per Hello!.

According to the article, on Saturday, April 3, Ibana shared her gratitude for her fans in a much-requested health update. “Thank you for the sweetest messages,” she said, admitting that it had “been a rough few weeks.”

Fortunately, she is starting to feel better, explaining that she is now well enough to “function.”

During her work hiatus, Ibana also took a break from social media, and she felt seriously rejuvenated afterawrds. “This week off has been so important for my soul,” she shared. “I wish I could share the feeling with each and every one of you. The fresh air, the feeling of the water on your face, the sounds of birds and water lapping on the boat… Living with less and in a much more simple way.”

We’re so glad she’s feeling better, and hope she continued to take the time for TLC when she does return to work
