Carol Kirkwood Shares Emotional Career Update Following BBC Breakfast Absence

BBC Breakfast’s Carol Kirkwood has shared exciting news about a new career venture away from the morning show. The regular weather presenter announced the launch of her latest book, “Once Upon a Time in Venice,” marking a significant departure from her TV work.

Fans quickly rallied to support the 62-year-old presenter as she updated them on social media. Posting to X (formerly Twitter), Carol shared a sneak peek of the book’s cover. She captioned the post with enthusiasm, saying, “So thrilled that my fourth book ‘Once Upon a Time in Venice’ is out TODAY!!! This would not be happening without all your support. Her followers were delighted with the news and flooded her post with congratulatory messages. One fan wrote, “Congratulations Carol. Carol had previously teased the release of her book, sharing her excitement with fans. “I’m delighted to announce that I have a new novel coming in July called #OnceUponATimeInVenice. Carol has authored three previous books: “Under a Greek Moon,” “Secrets of the Villa Amore,” and “The Hotel on the Riviera.” Her passion for travel and love of Hollywood glamour inspired her to write her first novel.
