Prince Harry And Meghan Anniversary: How Duchess ‘Broke Protocol’ With Wedding Decision

Happy Anniversary to Duke and Duchess of Sussex!

Harry and Meghan, the royal love birds are celebrating their third wedding anniversary today. They got married on May May 19, 2018, in St George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle. Millions of people watched this memorable and luxurious event on TV and millions of people came to the streets of Windsor just to see a glimpse of the couple.

Though, Meghan allegedly destitute royal protocol and custom on the wedding day by addressing people in the reception that happened in the evening.
On that, Kensington Palace’s representative confirmed: “Ms. Markle will speak at the Evening Reception.”

Meghan’s speech was said finding love was “worth the wait” as claimed by the biography Finding Freedom. It was a speech where she thanked the royal family to welcomed her. Now she has placed herself on the brand Harry “the one”.

As per HELLO! magazine, English royal weddings “include a speech from the best man, the host and occasionally the groom, but rarely the bride”.

Since the wedding, the couple didn’t live a smooth life. In 2021, the couple decided to quit their senior royal roles to turn out to be “financially independent” while being supportive of the Queen. Now the couple has a two-year-old son Archie and they are living in California. Meghan is expecting her second child with Harry this summer. It is expected to be a girl.

Earlier this year, the couple was interviewed by Oprah Winfrey for a tell-all tale. They made a series of shocking allegations and revelations, leaving the world stunned.

Meghan revealed that she was so depressed that she felt suicidal during her pregnancy and she didn’t receive any help from the palace. She claimed that royals have concerns about Archie’s skin that would be dark or not.

Harry also claimed he was cut off financially by his family when they moved to Canada early last year. Prince Charles has stopped taking their calls and Harry said that they feel more free living in America.
