Amanda and Clive Owen Reunite for New Show After Marriage Split

Amanda and Clive Owen, stars of Our Yorkshire Farm, are set to reunite on-screen for an exciting new project despite the end of their marriage. The couple, along with their children, will embark on a challenging renovation project in the stunning Yorkshire Dales for a new 10-part series titled Our Farm Next Door: Amanda, Clive, and Kids.

The show will follow the Owens as they take on the ambitious task of restoring a derelict farmhouse, affectionately known locally as Anty John’s, situated close to their home. This restoration will be a family affair, with Amanda, Clive, and their nine children working together alongside a team of local tradespeople to bring the property back to life.

Amanda Owen expressed her excitement for the new series, saying, “It is fantastic More4 has given us the opportunity to showcase what we do best, working as a team and battling the elements whilst trying to reinstate the farm next door to its former glory.” She acknowledged the challenges they faced, from harsh weather to the difficulties of renovating a listed building in such an isolated spot.

The project was not without its obstacles, particularly for the Wise Owl film crew tasked with capturing the renovation. Amanda praised their dedication, adding, “It is no exaggeration to say that filming outdoors on an exposed hill end in Swaledale was at times a huge challenge for the Wise Owl film crew, but their dedication and enthusiasm has never waned.”

The show will give viewers an intimate look at the Owens’ lives post-marriage and how they continue to work together despite the end of their 22-year relationship. The couple announced their split in 2022, a decision that Amanda described as a part of the “ups and downs” that their reality series had to capture.

In a previous interview, Amanda shared how the family continues to work together, saying, “I have nine children, a whole heap of animals, and we are just working away the same as before because, at the end of the day, our priority remains to keep everything going.”

Clive also opened up about the challenges their relationship faced due to the fame brought by their hit show. Speaking on ITV’s Lorraine, he admitted, “I sadly made a right mess of things. I had a massive part to play in our relationship ending. When all this was going on, here I am ranting and raving and drinking and carrying on.”

Despite their personal struggles, Our Farm Next Door will showcase how the Owens continue to prioritize their family, work together, and take on new challenges. Viewers can expect stunning views of the Yorkshire Dales and an inspiring story of resilience and collaboration.
