1. Understand the cause

There can be many reasons behind hair loss. Before you start panicking, you need to understand why you are losing hair. It could be temporary or chronic. See a doctor who would be able to tell you the reason behind the problem. Many a times something as simple as switching to a different shampoo could stop the hair loss.

2. Accept it

Once you are aware of why you are losing hair, it becomes extremely important that you accept the situation. The sooner you start the process of acceptance, the easier it will be for you to start the healing process.

3. Have a support group

5. Talk to others about what you are going through

If you keep all your anxieties and worries bottled up, then this will not do you any good. You must let your emotions out every once in a while and share your fears with your close friends and family members. This will help in releasing the stress and will help others understand you.

6. Be creative

Though you need not cover your hair loss but if you want to, there are several cool ways of doing it. You can go for interesting colorful wigs or hair extensions. Also, you can make a fashion statement with cool and trendy scarfs. Even makeup can help hide the hair loss to an extent.
